The densimeter set is used to separate pitted olives from pitt olives by taking advantage of the density difference. Olives are poured from the olive pitting machine into the densimeter pool by means of an elevator. In the brine solution in the pool, the seedless olives rise to the surface and the seeded olives sink to the bottom of the pool. Olives in the pool are taken from the densimeter pool at certain periods, thanks to the by-pass system. The final checks are made on the selection band of the pitted olives separated by this system. The machine is made of stainless steel.
